About Milan Group
Milan Group is a diversified organization with its Corporate Office located in Banka, Bihar, a culturally and historically significant region of Ang Pradesh, India. The Group has been associated with various activities over the years, with its primary focus remaining in the field of media and journalism.
The foundation of Milan Group was laid by Honourable Mohan Milan, a visionary journalist and media entrepreneur whose life was dedicated to the growth of Indian print journalism. His commitment to independent and responsible journalism continues to inspire our organization.
Our Journey
The journey of Milan Group in media began in 1974 with the publication of the Hindi weekly newspaper ‘AAFAT’, which was officially registered with the Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI) in 1975. This was a period when Indian media was still evolving, and the publication played an important role in regional journalism.
In 1991, the Group established Milan Printers, which gradually developed into a complete printing and publication house, serving newspapers, magazines, and various publication requirements beyond its own media ventures.
In 2001, Milan Group diversified into the manufacturing sector by launching AQUA MILAN, the first packaged drinking water production unit in Banka, Bihar. The company received ISI and ISO certifications and became one of the pioneering packaged drinking water brands in Eastern and Northern Bihar.
The Birth of Ang Bharat
The Group’s most prestigious media project, ‘ANG BHARAT’ Hindi Daily, was launched in 2009 by Honourable Mohan Milan from Bhagalpur, Bihar. The newspaper was registered with the Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI) and, over time, was empanelled with DAVP and various Indian Railway Divisions, reflecting its growing credibility and reach.
Following the unfortunate demise of our Founder, Honourable Mohan Milan, in 2012, the organization faced challenging times. However, inspired by his vision and dedication to journalism, the Group continued to strengthen and expand the publication.
Today, Ang Bharat has become a widely recognized newspaper across Bihar and Jharkhand, enjoying a loyal and growing readership.

At present, Ang Bharat is circulated across eighteen districts of Bihar and Jharkhand and operates through its offices in:

The Milan Express

मिलन ग्रुप एक बहुआयामी संगठन है। हमें सौभाग्य प्राप्त है कि हमारा कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय बिहार (भारत) के अंग प्रदेश में स्थित पवित्र स्थान, बांका में स्थित है। मिलन ग्रुप के संस्थापक, माननीय मोहन मिलन, एक दूरदर्शी व्यक्ति थे। उनका जीवन पूरी तरह से पत्रकारिता को समर्पित था। वर्ष 2009 में, उन्होंने भागलपुर, बिहार से हिंदी दैनिक ‘अंग भारत’ की नींव रखी। आज ‘अंग भारत’ झारखंड से भी प्रकाशित हो रहा है। वर्ष 2017 में, मिलन ग्रुप ने अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण ‘द मिलन एक्सप्रेस’ की शुरुआत की। अन्य कई गतिविधियों के अलावा, ग्रुप का मुख्य ध्यान मीडिया पर केंद्रित है।
मिलन ग्रुप अपनी विभिन्न गतिविधियों के लिए व्यापक रूप से जाना जाता है। हमें सौभाग्य प्राप्त है कि हमारा कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय बिहार (भारत) के अंग प्रदेश में स्थित पवित्र स्थान, बांका में स्थित है। मिलन ग्रुप के संस्थापक, माननीय मोहन मिलन, स्वयं एक संस्था थे। उनका जीवन पूरी तरह से पत्रकारिता, विशेष रूप से प्रिंट मीडिया को समर्पित था।
वर्ष 1974 में, हिंदी साप्ताहिक समाचार पत्र ‘आफत’ ग्रुप का पहला प्रकाशन था, जिसे बाद में 1975 में भारत के समाचार पत्र रजिस्ट्रार (RNI) द्वारा पंजीकृत किया गया। यह वह दौर था जब भारतीय लोकतंत्र में मीडिया अपनी पहचान स्थापित करने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा था। निस्संदेह, हमारे संस्थापक की दूरदृष्टि प्रशंसनीय है। वर्ष 1991 में, उन्होंने ‘मिलन प्रिंटर्स’ की नींव रखी, जो विभिन्न समाचार पत्रों और पत्रिकाओं के लिए एक पूर्ण प्रिंटिंग और पब्लिकेशन हाउस बन गया, जिसमें हमारे स्वयं के प्रकाशन भी शामिल थे।
वर्ष 2001 में, मिलन ग्रुप ने अपनी गतिविधियों में कुछ विविधता लाते हुए बिहार के बांका जिले में ‘एक्वा मिलन’ की स्थापना की, जो वहां का पहला पैकेज्ड ड्रिंकिंग वाटर प्लांट था। ‘एक्वा मिलन’ को ISI और ISO प्रमाणन प्राप्त हुआ। यह पूर्वी और उत्तरी बिहार में पैकेज्ड ड्रिंकिंग वाटर का पहला उत्पादन केंद्र था।
‘अंग भारत’ हिंदी दैनिक समाचार पत्र, जो ग्रुप की सबसे प्रतिष्ठित परियोजना थी, वर्ष 2009 में शुरू किया गया। समय के साथ, भारत के समाचार पत्र रजिस्ट्रार से पंजीकृत होने के बाद, ‘अंग भारत’ को DAVP (भारत सरकार के विज्ञापन एवं दृश्य प्रचार निदेशालय) और विभिन्न रेलवे मंडलों के पैनल में भी शामिल किया गया। 2012 में, हमारे संस्थापक माननीय मोहन मिलन के दुखद और अचानक निधन के कारण अखबार को कठिन समय का सामना करना पड़ा। हालांकि, उनके मीडिया के प्रति समर्पण, दृष्टिकोण और प्रेम को ग्रुप ने पूरी तरह से सम्मान दिया, और परिणामस्वरूप, ‘अंग भारत’ आज बिहार और झारखंड में एक प्रतिष्ठित समाचार पत्र बन चुका है, जिसकी व्यापक पाठक संख्या है। वर्तमान में ‘अंग भारत’ बिहार और झारखंड के 18 जिलों में वितरित किया जाता है। इसके अपने कार्यालय बांका, भागलपुर और पूर्णिया में स्थित हैं। ग्रुप का विस्तार निरंतर जारी है।
